Forever Changed International is a local non-profit that rescues and provides support to 40 orphans in Guatemala at a beautiful home called Dorie’s Promise. FCI was founded by Heather Radu, Prune Hill resident. Hollen Frazier, President of AGCI, is Heather’s sister. FCI has had over 400 orphans adopted through the organization before the adoption laws in Guatemala changed in 2008.
