A Highly Rhythmical Connection Between Music, Dance, Theater, and Art!
This innovative camp is modeled after the popular traveling show, STOMP. Student will bring music, dance, and art into a theatrical show where each participant has an individual character which is distinct from the others. There characters are brought to life through art designs, playing non-traditional “instruments”, and using mime and dance in the final performance. It is a very old custom, dating back to booth theaters erected at village fairs in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
